Troubleshooting: Whether the high-pressure oil pipe joint is tightened and whether the joint seal ring is aging and damaged, so as to avoid misjudgment due to oil leakage at the high oil pipe interface.

2, Excessive free travel and noise

Please check the following troubleshooting

Whether the connection between A steering wheel and steering column is loose.

Whether the connection between B ten bytes and steering column, ten bytes and direction machine is loose.

Whether the tie rod (inner ball head) of the C direction machine is loose, and whether the outer ball head is corroded.

The abnormal sound when turning is generally a mechanical part. During the inspection, you can turn left and right to observe the sound of the part for dis-assembly and inspection.

3, The steering wheel has a heavy fault

If you encounter a heavy descent in the direction, especially in both directions, it is heavy. You should find the reason from two aspects:

On the one hand, find the reason for turning to the mechanical part. If there is no problem with the mechanical part, then find the reason for the steering assistance

Relevant connecting parts (ten bytes, inner and outer ball heads of the tie rod, ingot beam) are loose, deformed, corroded
